The majority of my professional experience relates to knowledge management and the creation of knowledge sharing business relationships. I am an experienced practitioner with social network analysis, also called organizational network analysis and value network analysis techniques. My professional goal is to educate companies on managing peer to peer relationships, or what I call “managing sideways”.
In 2014 I co-founded a startup software company SWOOP Analytics to provide on-line, real-time social networking analytics, for enterprise clients. Our minimum viable product draws its networking data from Microsoft Yammer. The product has been now been used by some 25 organisations around the world, with staffs up to 40,000. They join our benchmarking research to develop new insights into how Enterprise collaboration is evolving in this digital age.
