Holger Mueller

Holger Mueller is Vice President and Principal Analyst for the fundamental enablers of the cloud, IaaS, PaaS with forays up the tech stack into BigData and Analytics, HR Tech, and sometimes SaaS.  Mueller provides strategy and counsel to key Constellation Research clients, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Product Officers, investment analysts, venture capitalists and technology buyers. Prior to joining Constellation Research, Mueller was VP of Products for NorthgateArinso, a KKR company. Previously Mueller was Chief Application Architect with SAP, working on strategic projects and next generation product capabilities. Mueller was also VP of Products for FICO, creating the foundation for the current Enterprise Decision Management Suite. Before he worked for Oracle in various management functions both on the application development (CRM, Fusion) and business development side. Previously he worked for SAP, starting the products suite that is currently SAP CRM and worked in the Office of the Chairman. Mueller started his career with Kiefer & Veittinger, which he helped grow from a startup to Europe’s largest CRM vendor from 1995 onwards. Mueller has presented at numerous trade shows and industry events and writes his blog on enterprise software atenswmu.blogspot.com. Mueller has a Diplom Kaufmann from University of Mannheim, with a focus on Information Science, Marketing, International Management and Chemical Technology. As a native European, Mueller speaks six languages.

A 15+ year veteran in software sales who has a successful track record in North America and Worldwide. My teams have successfully sold solutions to both IT and business executives. I have gained a wide breadth of knowledge from my experience while at Acquia, Telligent, Oracle, BEA and Plumtree. Due to consistently over achieving against expectations, I have attained and performed varied responsibilities in positions ranging from Inside Sales, Direct and Indirect Sales, Sales Management and General Management. As a result of my experience, I have been able to develop very strong strategic sales management techniques, which have directly contributed to my teams consistent over achievement of targets and objectives. I am now applying this in a more dynamic/strategic role, while still being very ‘hands on’ and leading from the front.

Lee Bryant is passionate about using social technology to put humans front and centre of the way we do things in the Twenty-First Century. He has been playing with words and computers since the age of 10, but it was in the mid-1990′s, whilst working in international politics and diplomacy, that he discovered the immense power of the internet to influence and orchestrate change. Gerard J. Puccio, Ph.D., is Department Chair and Professor at the International Center for Studies in Creativity, Buffalo State. Gerard has written more than 50 articles, chapters and books. In recognition of his outstanding work as a scholar, Gerard received the State University of New York Chancellor’s Recognition Award for Research Excellence and the President’s Medal for Scholarship and Creativity. Dr. Puccio is an accomplished speaker and consultant; he has worked with major corporations, universities, and numerous school districts. His list of more than 200 client organizations include: the BBC, Fisher-Price Brands, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Kraft Foods, Rich Products, BNP Paribas, Rubbermaid, Rochester Institute of Technology, Oklahoma State University, the Fashion Institute of Technology, and many more. Gerard holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Manchester, England.
